Shipping and Returns

Shipping: Shipping is free within the United States.  We are not currently shipping internationally. Please note: Currently, we cannot ship to a PO box. 

Processing: Every effort will be made to process and ship your order within 2 business days of receipt.  If you require your order sooner, please reach out to support@sunlitstudiopuzzles.com and we'll do our best to send your puzzles on their way.

If you receive an item in error or damaged upon arrival: Please contact support@sunlitstudiopuzzles.com and we will promptly correct the issue for you.

If you are missing a puzzle piece (it doesn't matter whose fault!): Snap a photo of the completed puzzle with its missing piece spot visible, send it to support@sunlitstudiopuzzles.com with your mailing address, and we will send you that piece.  Got to be able to finish the puzzle!

Returns:  We accept returns of unopened products from sunlitstudiopuzzles.com for a full refund within 30 days from the date of delivery.  Shipping charges for the return are the responsibility of the customer. Any shipping charges applied to the original order will not be refunded. Products must be returned in the original packaging, including shrink wrap in its original condition. Please include the email address used to place the order and the order number with your return. Always track and insure your package.

Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment.  A refund takes up to 10 business days to be credited back to your payment method after our receipt of the returned product.
